Children can swim in our beautiful swimming pool, go fishing in the river or in the Lalinde canal (across the road), or go river canoeing with holiday friends, <a href=\"http:\/\/lesmagnolias-perigord.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/DSC_0880-e1469012377378.jpg\">play jeu de boules<\/a>, play badminton, play football on the lawn or just relax. For several trips with children we have a perfect central location.<\/p>\n<p>There are no major theme parks in the Dordogne but there are many parks that provide holiday fun. In Recent years the climbing parks are very popular: forests where you can climb to the treetops and with all kinds of steel cables crossing from one tree to another, sometimes over valleys. There are also animal parks (parc animalier, such as the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aquariumperigordnoir.com\/\">aquarium<\/a>\u00a0in nearby Le Buque) or prehistoric parks (live and do as in \/><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.canoe-river.com\/\">Canoeing<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0The flow in the Dordogne is not very strong, this makes the river attractive to children.\u00a0If you like canoeing, you should have sailed down the Dordogne river!<br \/><strong>Sailing<\/strong>.<a href=\"https:\/\/voile24.fr\/\"> In the adjacent Mauzac you will find a\u00a0nautical club<\/a>\u00a0: here you can sail on the Dordogne.\u00a0Walk by and ask what it costs to rent a boat.<br \/><strong>Swimming<\/strong> in the Dordogne river or in one of the many other rivers and lakes around here.<br \/><strong>Stand up paddle<\/strong> a very fun way to explore the Dordogne river. You will find this in\u00a0 Creysse nearby Les Magnolias.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><em>Medieval festivals<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The Dordogne is also known for its medieval festivals and markets. Some of the best known are: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.batailledecastillon.com\/\">la bataille de castillon,<\/a>\u00a0les chevaliers de Monflanquin\u00a0and\u00a0F\u00eate M\u00e9di\u00e9vale de Belv\u00e8s. Nice for a day out: water, picnic and good climbing, you can find the Airparc Perigord in Port d\u2019Enveaux at St Vincent de Cosse.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/bergerac-karting.com\/\">Karting<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\">Bergerac Karting welcomes you in a pleasant setting. This spaceous kartingcircuitis a delight for everyone aged over 7 and\u00a0 safely supervised by a FFSA instructor.<br \/>\nBeginner or passionate \u2026 Individual or\u00a0group \u2026<br \/>\nDiscover and share unforgettable sensations \u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.appel-de-la-foret.com\/\">Appel de la Foret<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(the call of the forest)<br \/>\nOffers a dozen pathways, ranging from climbing, rope crossing and mustering out on\u00a0lianas (like Tarzan).\u00a0You can make a crossover \u00a0from 5 to 150 meters \u00a0and will be\u00a0guaranteed busy for over two hours.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/prehistodino.com\/\">Prehistologia<\/a><\/strong><br \/>\nIn Lacave is\u00a0a\u00a0park wich is dedicated to prehistory,\u00a0many children\u2019s heart will beat faster here.\u00a0Indeed, there are many prehistoric creatures to discover \u00a0that have lived millions of years ago.\u00a0In addition, there are a lot of\u00a0educational things to do and explore. Also the evolution of mankind is discussed.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/musee-prehistoire-eyzies.fr\/en\"><strong>Mus\u00e9e National de la Pr\u00e9histoire<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nThere is\u00a0a lot of history to be found in the Dordogne.
