Didier Besnard is a French chef with over 45 years of experience. He has worked internationally and gained experience in various countries. Top career, Le Fouquet’s (*) and La Tour d’Argent (***) in Paris.
He cooked a Michelin star for restaurant Molen de Dikkert for 10 years in Amstelveen in the Netherlands. Didier has been back to his native France since 2021.

Didier is an excellent host who likes to talk about his creations. He works with seasonal products, and he has a great affinity with classic French cuisine. He is also an excellent pastry chef.

He describes his dishes as “uncomplicated and original, served in an informal atmosphere”. He will discuss your wishes and propose a suitable menu and prices. He can also suggest the best wines to accompany your meal. Prices are on request for a dinner from 4 persons.
